Despite being a winery of recent creation, owner and winemaker, Alberto Ayuso, has been involved with vines and wines since his birth. Grandson of a vine grower and son of a winemaker, he has always had a link with this world, and has now made an ironclad commitment to the recognition and quality of his wines. Wines with a long lifespan, although they are little known, even by Madrilenians. The winery manages 90% of the vineyards that supply it with grapes, working with the utmost respect for the environment. Most of these vines are more than 60 years old, with a limited yield, giving the wines a special character.
